Sexual Harassment: For Law Enforcement Supervisors, Managers and Executives

Focus: A sexual harassment prevention workshop that identifies inappropriate and illegal behaviors and how to establish resolution strategies. Focuses on the organization, role of policy making and identification of responsibilities of management and supervisors.

EEOC guidelines and Title VII
Michigan Elliott-Larsen Act
Protections from false sexual harassment charges
Policy and procedure in police organization
Obligations of organization and supervisors/management
Receiving complaints and resolving situations
Liability issues

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to the first day of the program to receive a refund.

Instructors: The team of instructors are experienced police officers and have taught in this arena extensively.
