Biography

Kourtnie is a Doctoral Student with the School of Criminal Justice. Her research interests include police agencies' use of social media, police management and organization, police/community relations, and emerging issues in policing. She completed her BA in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business at the University of Wyoming in 2014 and earned her MA in Criminal Justice from Boise State University in 2016.
